Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 egg whites

3/4 cup sugar

1 12oz bag of mini-chocolate chips

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle salt into egg whites and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and beat until stiff peaks form. (very important!) Fold in chocolate chips. Mix well. Put cookies on greased cookie sheet. (They can be close together; they will no expand.) Put all cookies in oven. Turn off the oven. Do not open the oven for 8 hours!
