Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 tbsp. shortening

4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

milk

Preparation

Beat and egg in a cup and fill the cup with milk. Add all other ingredients. Mix well, but handle as little as possible. Roll out dough and cut biscuits. Bake at 475 for 10 minutes.
