Ingredients

1 loaf french bead cut into 1 inch slices

1 pound roast beef (sliced)

cream cheese

sliced tomatoes

scallions (chopped)

black pepper

Preparation

Toast french bread slices under the broiler. Turn over once and watch them carefully so they don’t burn. Once cool, spread on a layer of cream cheese. Then fold and add one slice of roast beef. Top roast beef with one slice of tomato, scallions and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
