Ingredients

3 Cups flour

6 Tbsp cream or milk

1 tsp salt

3 eggs ( beaten)

Preparation

combine egg salt and milk, combine enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. cut into 1 inch strips. Drop into boiling stock a few at a time. Make sure stock continues to boil. Cook until done. (about 15 minutes)
