Ingredients
1 lb. Pasta
16 oz Shredded Cheese
16 oz Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 bag Hormel Bacon Bits
1 Egg
Panko Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray. Begin cooking pasta in boiling water. While pasta cooks, mix sour cream, soup, 3/4 of cheese, 1/2 of bacon bits and egg in large mixing bowl. Once pasta is cooked, drain and stir into mixture. Pour all into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and panko bread crumbs. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until top is brown.
