Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni noodles.
3 oz. of cheese
1 tbs. butter
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
garlic powder to taste
1/4 cup. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
first boil the elbow maccaroni until fully cooked. poor out the remaining water. add a butter, a pinch of flower, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. mix well. arrange 1/2 cup layer of noodle mixture and apply 1.5 oz. of cheese. repeat for two more layers. poor in milk and sprinkle garlic powder, slat, pepper and some Parmesan cheese on top.
preheat the oven to 475 degrees. cook for 20 min. until the top is golden brown and the milk is all cooked through.
