Ingredients

2 cans of crab

1 tbs of lemon juice

4 tbs butter

4 tbs flour

2 cups milk

1 tsp salt (or less)

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp curry powder

3/4 cups chedder cheese

1 1/2 cups noodles,cooked

1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

Preparation

Flake crab and sprinkle with lemon juice

Melt butter on low heat, and blend in flour

Sitr in the milk, constantly and slowly

Add 1/2 cup cheese to the sauce, along with the salt and pepper and curry powder

Add the crab to the sauce, then the sauce to the noodles

butter a casserole dish, put in noodle mixture, cover with breadcrumbs and cheese
