Ingredients
2 C. macaroni, elbow or other
1 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 t. salt
2 1/4 C. milk
1 1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 t. paprika
Preparation
Melt butter; blend in flour and salt; add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Cook macaroni as directed. Combine macaroni and sauce into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with paprika Bake 25 minutes.
