Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni noodles (cooked)
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 cups milk (warm)
1/2 tub Imperial sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Cook Macaroni in a boiling water according to directions
In another pot, melt butter and add salt and flour. Whisk until smooth and cook for a minute or two.
Remove from heat and add cheese, stir until melted
Add cheese sauce to macaroni. I add cubed ham too.
Can put breadcrumbs on top if you want (I don’t)
