Ingredients
1 box elbow macaroni noodles cooked and drained
2 Tbls butter
2 Tbls flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar
Preparation
Prep macaroni and drain well In saucepan melt butter. Add flour and stir to remove lumps. Pour in milk and cook till thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir till melted. Add macaroni and stir. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 20 min at 180C
