Ingredients

26 ounces of spaghetti sauce

1 pound of 80% lean ground beef

1 cup of water

1 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni (4 oz)

1 cup sliced mushroom (3 oz)

1 medium bell pepper, chopped

Parmesan cheese as desired

Preparation

In a 12 inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 5 o 7 minutes, stirring frequently until beef is browned; drain

Mix in sauce and water, heat to boiling. Stir in macaroni, mushrooms and bell pepper.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently to keep macaroni from sticking, until macaroni is tender.

Sprinkle with cheese as desired.
