Ingredients

1/2 package (8 oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/3 cup carrot, finely chopped

1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

1/4 cup onion, minced

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

3/4 teaspoon dry ground mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

dash of paprika

Preparation

-Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.

-Combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients and toss lightly.

-Cover. Refrigerate.
