Ingredients

3/4 cup regular. light or low fat mayonnaise dressing

2 tbsp prepared mustard

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup chopped green or red pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

Preparation

In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover, chill to blend flavors.
