Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroini
1/2 small red onion minced
1 minced celery rib
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspon garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups mayonaise
black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Dossolve the mustard in the lemon juice.Cook the macaroni for 5 minites and drain. Rinse in cold water and drain breifly. Still want a small amount of water clinging to it.Put into bowl. Stir in all ingredents but mayonaise. Let sit for 5 minites. Add mayonaise. Serve or refrigerate. Add small amount of warm water if it is to dry.
