Ingredients

1 Lb Pasta Rings

2 Cups of Mayonaise

1 Cup Celery

1 Cup Onions

1 Cup Spanish Olives (With Pimento)

8 Eggs

Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Hard Boil Eggs in one pot, boil rings in another. Chop Celery, Onions, Olives. Strain Rings Well. Cool Eggs Well, then chop. Add all ingrediants to rings pot to mix. Add 1 1/2 Cups of Mayo (reserve 1/2 for later) and season. Cool in Fridge for at least 2 Hours, check consistancy, and add remaining mayonaise.
