Ingredients
225g Icing sugar
125g Ground Almonds
120g Egg whites
25g Caster Sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven at 160C.
Sift Icing sugar with ground almond. Prepare and line tray with greaseproof paper. Whisk Egg white til soft peak. Add caster sugar and whisk. Fold in icing sugar and ground almond mixture. Fold until smooth and shiny with drop consistency.
Pipe with 1cm nozzle. Bake for about 15-20 mins.
