8 garlic cloves

2 inches of ginger

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

3/4 tsp coriander seeds

3/4 tsp ground red chili

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp garam masala

2 tbsp lime juice

3 1/2 tbsp peanut oil

7 oz. Greek style yogurt

melted butter for basting

salt and pepper

Rub salt and pepper into the Monkfish and set aside Put the garlic, spices, lime juice, oil and half the yogurt into a blender and process to a smooth paste Whisk in the remaining yogurt Add more chili Mix in the fish cubes Cover overnight
