Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburger

1/2 medium onion, chopped

1 can red kidney beans, drained

16 - 20 oz. jar of your favorite Picante Sauce, any hotness

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Tortilla chips

Preparation

Cook hamburger and onion in skillet or microwave until onion is soft and no pink is showing in beef. Drain off any grease. Put mixture into 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Add drained beans and picante sauce and mix until combined. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover dish and microwave on high for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is well melted. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
