Ingredients
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar (or slightly less)
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 dashes Worstershire sauce
2 Tsp. dry mustard
Small pinch ground Thia chillies (dried)
1 raw egg
3 large garlic cloves
5+ Tbsp parmesan cheese
Splash of red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp. capers
1 anchovy fillet
Large head of Romaine lettuce
Croutons (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Toss with romaine. We usually refrigerate for an hour or more but it could be served right away. Even better the next day! Makes lots!
