Ingredients
2 large Eggs,
Sugar 2/3 cup,
Flour 1 cup,
Butter 1 1/4 stick,
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp,
Pure Vanilla extract 1 tsp,
Zest of 1 lemon.
Preparation
Mix eggs and sugar until creamy. Melt butter. Add Vanilla and Lemon Zest to the Egg mix. Add flour and butter slowly to the mix. Prehead oven to 400 degrees. Pure into cookie form. Fill cookie form only below the rim. Bake at 400F in the middle rack for 16-20 min. Until the cookies are a nice light brown color.
