Ingredients
1 stick butter or margaine
1 1/2 cups gram cracker crumbs
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°(325° for glass dish). In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter; pour Eagle Brand® evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store at room temperature. Yield: 24- 36 bars depending on how you cut them.
Notes: Recipe Variations: Substitute chocolate chips or nuts with: candy coated pieces, dried cranberries, raisins, mini marshmallows or butterscotch chips.
