Ingredients

36 green onions minced

12 cloves chopped garlic

1/4c. dark sesame oil

2 seeded and diced jalapeno

3c. soy

1.5c. sherry

1.c. plum sauce

.5c sweet Asian chilli sauce

1.5c. cider vinegar

1c. honey

14-15# chix wings

Preparation

Saute onions, garlic, and jalapenos in sesame oil, until lightly browned, add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes, and cool. Dis joint wings and pour cooled sauce over and mix around, refrigerate over night.Oil 4 Large Shallow pans, drain wings and bake uncovered at 375 degrees, for 1 to 1.5 hours basting every 20 minutes
