Ingredients
2 cups flaked coconut,
1/4 cup melted butter,
one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
one 14 oz can unsweetened condensed milk, one 6 oz. can unsweetened orange juice concentrate, thawed.
1/3 cup light rum,
2 tblsp. orange flavored liquer,
one 4 1/2 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed orange slices.
Preparation
Combine coconut and butter mixing well. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9- inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. beat cheese until fluffy. Add milk, and orange concentrate adn beat until smooth. Add rum and liquer. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate 6 hours. Garnish with orange slices.
