Ingredients

1 pck Maifun Rice sticks (6.75 oz)

2 small packages shredded carrots

1 cup raisans

3 cups chicken stock

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup grapeseed oil

Preparation

  1. Add oil, soy sauce, raisins, and carrots into large skillet and sautee on medium high heat until tender. Remove into separate dish.
  2. Add chicken stock to sauce pan and add maifun broken into smaller pieces. Book stock and cook until tender.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and decide hot or cold serving.
