Ingredients
1 pck Maifun Rice sticks (6.75 oz)
2 small packages shredded carrots
1 cup raisans
3 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
Preparation
- Add oil, soy sauce, raisins, and carrots into large skillet and sautee on medium high heat until tender. Remove into separate dish.
- Add chicken stock to sauce pan and add maifun broken into smaller pieces. Book stock and cook until tender.
- Mix all ingredients together and decide hot or cold serving.
