Ingredients
250 grams ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
Brown meat, drain. Add onion, cook until soft.
250 gram light cream cheese
1/4 cup water
Add cheese and water, stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Stir in seasonings.
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
Combine next 4 ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9" pie plate.
1 T cornmeal
Sprinkle cornmeal over eggs. Spoon meat mixture over batter. Bake at 400 F for 35 minutes.
1 medium tomato, chopped
Top with tomato to serve.
