Ingredients
1 red pepper thinly sliced
2 tomatoes roughly chopped
10 black olives pitted and chopped
2 Tbs pine nuts lightly roasted (10 min at 350)
basil oregano w/ garlic fettuccine linquine
three cheese marinara sauce
parmesan cheese
Preparation
bring water to a boil, add pasta and red pepper, cook until pasta is al dente heat sauce in separate pan over medium heat drain pasta and toss with sauce add remaining ingredients serve immediately with fresh grated parmesan cheese
