Ingredients (2 Sandwiches):

1 LB of Thin Sliced Pork Chops

Guy Fieri’s Carolina BBQ Sauce

Salt and Pepper

Markers Mark or any other American Southern Whiskey

Poppy Seed Bun

Cole Slaw

Preparation

Use a big knife to cut the fat off of your pork chops and rub salt and pepper generously on both sides

Dice the pork chops into small cubes using the same big knife

Pour Carolina BBQ Sauce into a bowl, mix in two shots of whiskey and sprinkle additional salt and pepper into the mixture

Drop your pork cubes into the mixture and stir around for a minute or two until the cubes are generously coated in the mixture - place the mixture aside for later

Scoop the cubes out and drop them into a pre-greased frying pan on medium heat

Cook the cubes in the frying pan until they begin to look golden brown - this will probably will take about 5-6 minutes

Turn the range to low heat and pour the remaining BBQ + Whiskey mixture into the frying pan

Mix up until gooey and place on a toasted poppy seed bun

Add desired amount of cole slaw

Serve with Salt and Vinegar chips, a Whiskey + Lemonade and enjoy
