Ingredients
2 Tbls tomato sauce
2 Tbls Worcester sauce
2 Tbls chutney
2 Tbls Apricot jam
2 Tbls brown sugar
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp cornflour with a little water
Preparation
Pour over chicken portions in casserole dish. Bake at 350F or 180C for 1 - 1 1/2 hours with the lid off for the last half hour till golden
