Ingredients
1 whole chicken - cut into pieces, skin removed
2 large potatoes - peeled, cut into sixths
60 ml coconut milk
1 table spoon of cooking oil
300 ml water
Preparation
- Pour in 1 table spoon cooking oil and Khimyan Chicken Curry Paste. Stir fried for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces, potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add in coconut milk and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until it is boiled.
- Serve best with rice or roti canai or roti jala.
