Ingredients

1 whole chicken - cut into pieces, skin removed

2 large potatoes - peeled, cut into sixths

60 ml coconut milk

1 table spoon of cooking oil

300 ml water

Preparation

  1. Pour in 1 table spoon cooking oil and Khimyan Chicken Curry Paste. Stir fried for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken pieces, potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add in coconut milk and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until it is boiled.
  4. Serve best with rice or roti canai or roti jala.
