Ingredients

1 16-ounce package Pasta

1⁄3 cup Virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Lemon pepper

3 cloves Garlic (pressed)

11⁄2 teaspoons Salt

11⁄2 pounds Fresh shrimp (cooked)or cooked salmon

1 Lemon (fresh squeezed)

1⁄2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)

1⁄3 cup Cilantro (fresh, without stems)

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Salt

3⁄4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (soaked ’til

plump/drained and sliced )

1⁄2 cup Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

1 teaspoon Hot pepper flakes

Grated Asaigo cheese (optional)

andouille sausage (cooked and sliced-optional)

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain and place back in the pasta pot or a really big pasta bowl you can mix in. Add the olive oil and toss a very little to coat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and toss with the pasta. You can also add some fresh grated asaigo cheese to make it real tasty. Serve immediately! Note: You should taste it and if you need more spices or cheese or olive oil, then by all means, add it! This is a great dish that serves up people quickly and is really, really good!
