Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs, Beaten
2 Slices Bread
3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
Parsley
Oregano
Basil
Salt
Crushed Red Pepper
Pepper
Milk
Pasta Sauce (Jar or Homemade)
Preparation
- Break apart slices of bread (remove crust) into small pieces in a mixing bowl. Pour sauce in sauce pot and being to heat.
- Pour just enough milk to cover the bread but not-so-much that there is milk left over.
- Put meat in bowl with eggs and mix.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together to taste into meat mixture. Add bread crumbs until the consistency is smooth and does not easily separate.
- When sauce in pot begins to simmer, form meat into smallish round balls and drop in pot. Simmer for 45 minutes.
