Ingredients
10-15 medium brown potatoes
3 eggs
3 c. mayonaise
1/2 c. sweet pickle chips
1/2 c. green olives
1 white onion
2 tsp. dill salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
oilve juice and pickle juice (to taste)

Preparation
boiled potatoes and eggs in large pot, until potatoes can be easily peeled and chopped into chunks. eggs are peeled, and chop 2 of the eggs to mix in with potatoes. chop pickles, olives and onion, add to potatoes. blend ingredients with the mayonaise, followed by the lemon juice, then the olive and pickle juice to taste. garnish with the last egg, sliced and set in a circle. sprinkle paparika over salad.
