Ingredients

3 lg.boneless, skinless chicken

1 can breasts, cubed (boil 30 mins)

Best Foods Mayonaise

1 can biscuits (advise; Pillsbury Grands Homestyle)

1/2 c. Chopped white onion

1/2 c. Chopped celery

Small can sliced black olives

2 c. Fine shred mild cheddar cheese (any cheese)*

Dash of salt and pepper*

Preparation

Throw all indgrediends in a large bowl, slowly add mayonaise. 12 Muffins per pan Make 8 biscuits stretch to 12 biscuits by using 2/3 biscuit per muffin spot. Stretch biscuit to form bowl. Add 1 cup/scoop chicken salad. (Use ice cream scooper/ or large spoon) Spray PAM over top* Bake til golden brown. Approx. 30 mins.
