Ingredients
1 can of boneless pink salmon, drained
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cup melted Crisco shortening
Preparation
Reserve 2 Tsp salmon liquid and mix with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder set aside. Mix togther first 4 ingredients; add baking powder & Liquid to mixture and mix well. Make in small patties and fry in Crisco
