Ingredients

8 (or more) Idaho potatoes

boiled until soft

peeled and finely chopped; 8 hard boiled eggs

finely chopped; 8 dill pickles finely chopped or dill relish; Mayonaise

enough to make it really smooth; two tablespoons of mustard

three stalks of celery; finely chopped

a small bell pepper; finely chopped

a small bunch of parsley

finely chopped; generous sprinkles of garlic salt

pepper to taste

Preparation

The key here, is that all the seasonings are FINELY CHOPPED and enough mayo is used to make it really smooth. More people? add potatoes and eggs, about one of each for every two people
