Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon butter
1 cup white Karo syrup
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of pecan halves
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Preparation
- Cream butter and add sugar and flour until well mixed.
- Beat eggs.
- Add beaten eggs and syrup and beat until frothy.
- Add salt, vanilla, and pecan halves.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 40 minutes at 325.
