Ingredients

2 c. fresh blanched corn

1 c. sugar

1/2 stick butter

1 c. milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

2 tbsp flour

Preparation

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour, and salt. In separate mixing bowl, beat eggs and add vanilla. Fold milk into egg mixture then add to dry ingredients. Melt butter. Cream corn in food processor being careful not to over process. Add melted butter to corn and combine all ingredients. Once all ingredients are combined well, pour into greased casserole dish. Cook in oven for 1 hour. At 30 minutes, stir casserole and cook for remaining 30 minutes.
