Ingredients
3-4 skinless-boneless Chicken breasts cut in bite size pieces
(Sprinkled with garlic or onion salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
3 green onions chopped
1 small pkg slivered almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds (lightly browned in oven)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 ½ heads lettuce (in bite size pieces)
1 small can Chinese chow mein noodles
Dressing
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup oil
Preparation
Broil or grill chicken until done and cool. Mix chicken, onions, almonds, poppy seeds and sesame seeds with Dressing. Marinate 2-3 hours or overnight.
Stir in noodles and lettuce just before serving. (or put in big plastic bag and toss).
