Ingredients

3 hearts of romaine

5 oz baby spinach

3 sm cans Manderine oranges

4 T cider vinegar

4 T sugar

1/2 cup oil (vegetable or oil)

3-4 green onions

pecans, sugared or regular

1 package Feta cheese crumbles

Preparation

Cut the romaine into ribbons, throw in the spinach and the oranges (drain first). Mix vinegar, sugar, oil and chopped onions in a jar and shake. Just before you serve, top with pecans, cheese and dressing. Toss.
