Ingredients

2 Fennell Bulbs

1 & 1/2 cups mandarine oranges

1 cup chopped garlic chives

1 & 1/4 cup Maoynaisse( i use low fat & cholesterol)

3/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 TBS poppy seeds

salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Slice the fennell very thin on a mandoline, food processor, or slicer.

Combine mayo, orange juice, sugar.

Combine all ingredients
