Ingredients

3 ripe Mangos

1 cup chopped sweet basil

2 1/2 tablespoons of honey

2 cups low fat cottage cheese

Preparation

peel and cut mangos into small cubes and set aside. In a medium bowl combine basil, honey and cottage cheese. Stir until evenly mixed. In martini glass, put a small amount of mango in bottom (about a tablespoon) Next, put a layer of cottage cheese mixture. Continue creating layers until all mango a cheese mixture have been put in martini glasses.
