Ingredients

2 Mangos (finely diced)

1-2 Large Tomatoes (finely diced)

1/2 of a large red onion (finely diced)

1 Bunch of cilantro

3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 a squeezed Lime

1 Clove of garlic (minced)

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Pinch of granulated sugar

Preparation

Finely chop all of the ingredients and mix in a large bowl.

Add the lime, olive oil, and red wine vinegar at the end.

Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and mix together.
