Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen mango sliced

1 cup orange cubed (about 1/2 large orange)

2 frozen bananas

2 cups coconut water

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Tbsp agave nectar (optional)

1/2 tsp coconut essence (optional) can use vanilla extract

a pinch of Celtic sea salt

Preparation

Throw everything in the blender and puree until smooth and creamy. YUM!
