Ingredients

4 large ripe Haas Avocados

1 small red onion (3")

2 small yellow mangos (such as Arnulfo

4 cloves garlic

2 jalapenos

juice of one lime

2 t salt

Preparation

Seed the avocado and remove from it’s skin. Place in large bowl and roughly mash, leaving it chunky. Peel and seed mango. Dice into 1/4" pieces. Add to bowl. Finely mince the onion, garlic, and jalapeno, and add to bowl. Toss all with salt and lime juice. Serve with corn chips, or on top of grilled fish, chicken, or tacos.
