Ingredients
3 Mangos (peeled, cubed and frozen)
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
mint (optional)
rasberries (optional)
Preparation
Peel Mangos, cut into long strips, place on a baking sheet and freeze (about 4-6 hours) In a food processor, combine frozen mango, yogurt and sugar. Top with fresh mint and rasberries.
