Ingredients

2 champagne mangoes, ripe & finely chopped

4 slices fresh pineapple, finely chopped

2 oz diced jalapeños, canned

4 tbsp jarred green salsa

2 green onions

1 clove garlic, minced

fresh parsley, finely chopped

salt

splash of olive oil

Preparation

Finely chop mango, pineapple, green onions, garlic and parsley. Do NOT put in a processor, it will make it mushy.

Mix everything together in a bowl. and serve.

*My husband likes the freshness of parsley but cilantro works nicely in its place.
