Ingredients

1 mango chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

1/2 chopped seeded jalapeno pepper

1-2 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. If mango is not ripe enough, salsa may be a little bit dry. Try adding more lime juice or putting it in the blender for a little bit. For better taste, let sit in fridge for an hour or two.
