Ingredients

1 small cabbage shredded (or bag of pre-shredded cabbage)

2 julienned carrots

1 lb. peeled and deveined shrip, poached in boiling water

1 cup julienned red and yellow bell peppers

1 cup thin-sliced ripe mango

Optional: 1/2 cup raisins

Dressing

1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt

1 tsp (or to taste) horseradish

1 tsp lime juice

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients (or 6 if using raisins) in large salad bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients together; toss on salad and serve.
