Ingredients
3 1/2 cups Baby Spinach leaves
1 1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1 large cubed Mango
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Dressing:
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar
1 Tbsp Real Maple Syrup
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to Broil. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisking in the oil last. Pour over salad and mix well. Put almonds on a Cookie sheet and toast them in the oven until golden shaking the sheet a few times if necessary. Mix the almonds with the rest of the salad.
NOTE: To take advantage of the Sound effect, mix in the almonds at the table.
