Walnuts (if Katie isn’t home)
Preparation
Dessert:
Baked Granny Apples:
preheat oven to 400 Scrub and Core whole apples Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar & 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts Place in baking pan or casserole dish Fill cavities with Walnut & Sugar Top with pat of butter
Pour 1/2 cup apple juice and 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup mixed into the bottom of the baking pan
Bake apples 25-25 minutes until Tender, basting every 5-7 minutes
********** Put Katie’s into seperate pan with no nuts and stuff with Brown Sugar only.***************** If its easier just leave nuts out altogether
